1. Who we are and these terms

Linkesi (the app and this website) is provided by Vladyslav Kaliuzhnyi, a sole trader in Poland trading as Warm Signal (ul. Powązkowska 42/173, 01-797 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5253076148; “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@linkesi.app.

By creating an account or using Linkesi, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use Linkesi

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at hello@linkesi.app if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. How Linkesi works

• You connect with one partner at a time using an invite code. After that, the two of you share a space: plans, lists, photos, games and more.
• Most things you add are visible to your partner. Some, like your swipes in Date ideas and Watch together, stay private, and only matches you both chose are shown.
• Either of you can take a pause or part ways in Settings. Parting ways ends the shared space for both of you straight away, as explained in the app.
• Adult content. Secret yes Spicy is an optional deck for adults: text only, no images. Each of you turns it on yourself after confirming you're 18 or older, it opens only when you both have, and either of you can turn it off at any time, which deletes your Spicy answers.
• Some features may be marked as new or in testing. They may change or be removed.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you add: text, photos, drawings and answers. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, process and display it only to run Linkesi for you and your partner, for example to sync it, show it on your home screen widget or back it up. This licence ends when your content is deleted, apart from short-lived backups.

Only add content you have the right to share. Don't upload photos of other people who wouldn't want them shared with your partner.

5. Fair use

Please don't use Linkesi to:

• break the law, or share content that is illegal, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including your partner;
• monitor, track or control another person without their free agreement;
• impersonate someone, or create accounts for anyone other than yourself;
• break, overload, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the app or its servers, or get around its limits or security.

Reporting a problem

If someone uses Linkesi to harass, threaten or harm you, or you see content that breaks these terms, tell us in the app (Settings → Help) or at hello@linkesi.app. We aim to reply within 2 working days and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You can end all contact at once: Part ways in Settings ends the shared space for both of you immediately, and your former partner can no longer see anything you add.

If you feel unsafe in your relationship, please contact local emergency services (112 in the EU) or a support organisation where you live.

6. Premium

• One subscription for two. When either partner has an active Premium subscription, both of you get Premium features while you're connected.
• Bought in the store. Premium is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm.
• Free trial. A trial, if offered, is available once per store account. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds and withdrawal. Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and UK may have are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• When Premium ends, nothing you made is deleted. Free limits apply again, for example to how many new photos you can add.
• Parting ways. Premium belongs to the person who pays. If you part ways, the other person loses Premium unless they subscribe.
• Price changes follow the store's rules, and you'll be told before a new price applies.

7. Other services and content

Linkesi shows date ideas, events, series and weather using third-party sources such as Ticketmaster, TVmaze, Open-Meteo and GeoNames. We do our best, but we can't guarantee that event times, prices, venues or other details are correct or up to date. Buying tickets or opening maps takes you to another company, whose terms apply.

Date ideas are suggestions. Please use common sense and look after your own safety.

8. Not professional advice

Features like Breather, check-ins, quizzes and conversation games are there to help you two connect. They are not therapy, counselling, medical or legal advice, and they don't replace a professional.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving Linkesi, so features may change. We try to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. If we ever shut Linkesi down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to get a copy of your data.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account (see linkesi.app/delete-account). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and explain why. You can contact us if you think we made a mistake.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Within those limits, we're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, for content added by you or your partner, or for third-party services and content. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

12. If you got Linkesi from the App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Linkesi or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for any claims about it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If Linkesi fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you're not in a country under a US government embargo and not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. We'd always rather sort things out directly, so please write to hello@linkesi.app first.
