Delete your Linkesi account

Delete it in the app

Open Linkesi and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you haven't signed in for a while, you'll be asked to sign in again first.

It happens straight away, and you'll be signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@linkesi.app from the email address you use for Linkesi, with the subject “Delete my Linkesi account”. If you signed in with Apple and used “Hide my email”, tell us that, and we'll help you confirm it's your account. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, email, profile photo, birthday
Your sign-in details, two-factor settings and backup codes
Your photos in Memories and Photo hunt, with their files
Your wishes, drawings and widget posts
Your game and quiz answers, and your swipes in Date ideas and Watch together
Your notification settings and push tokens

What stays, and for how long

Your shared space ends for both of you. Your partner gets a fresh space of their own and keeps their own wishes. Everything else you shared (plans, lists, Memories and other photos, Our story, All about, game and Secret yes answers) is hidden from both of you straight away and deleted, with its files, 30 days later.
Backups: deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days before it's overwritten.
Crash reports and analytics don't contain your content and expire on their own: crash reports within 90 days, user-level analytics within 2 months.
Support emails you sent us are kept up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them too.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel Premium. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise the store keeps charging you.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account. You can delete single photos, plans, to-dos, wishes and other items in the app at any time, or part ways with your partner in Settings. For anything else, email privacy@linkesi.app.
